Great name for a beer. Love it.
Pours quite pale, slightly cloudy. Very slight carbonation with a short lived head.
I don’t get much on the nose. Slight malts. Not a lot else. Bit disappointing.
Slight sweetness. Tiny kick of spice right at the end which makes you want another gulp. That’s clever.
It’s not massive on flavour and it’s taken me half the bottle to finish this review. Trying to find what tastes lurk beneath.
Yeah. It’s okay but nowt to write home about.
Very light ruby amber. Long lasting but slight head.
Biscuity, stony overtones.
Quite bitter, on the verge of sour. Faint toffee.
Nice enough. Not blinding.
First off, the label is awesome. So much going on.
Pours with a decent head, semi lacey… Has the sourness on the head. But not particulary sour in taste. There are some, in some citric fruits, and a nice bitter finish.
Pours a nice golden amber. Barely any carbonation and likewise head.
Grapefruit there a little. Slightly hoppy
Overall not massive on tastes but nice bitterness. Really nice in fact. Would buy again if on offer.
Simple. Session pale ale. Tastes a bit coppery. Slightly malty.
Easy pouring, no huge head. No lacing. Golden.
