One of my first choices of pint. It’s got a nice mellow smokey flavour and never fails to deliver.
Quick pint with me mate Andy…
Picked this up in a bargain 4 for £5 offer, when the bottle alone was £2.80.
Claimed to be a vintage brew, has very vintage look to it, and a mean, crudish taste. Mind you, it is supposed to a premium version of Old Speckled Hen, and is 6.5%
I enjoyed it, but I doubt I would pay full price for it, it wasn’t “that” special.
A lovely light ale. Its a little hoppy, and not as golden as I would expect. But quite light and intricate taste. Beginning to think Badger might be amongst my top favourite range of beers…

A lovely beer. Thought it might be a bit sickly after the first one, but think I could’ve drunk several.
Its nice and light and has a cracking taste, but very banana’ish (if you couldn’t guess already!)
