Decent 4.5% golden ale here from Wilstshire.
Biscuity, and not as hoppy as advertised. I feel like hoppy labeled beers should be hopping around like bunnies, but this is like, just normal.
Its more average than you can think…
Went through a phase of american craft beers, and picked this up in Waitrose.
Seemed nice enough, fairly shallow in depth of flavour. But sometimes thats what you want, a “quaffable” easy going beer. Some call it a session beer, I think this fits perfectly.
Slightly sweet fruity aroma with a decent maltiness aftertaste. Would drink again but only has a 2nd choice.
